convenient gothic quarter stay

The location provided easy access to many attractions via walking and metro i found the staff very helpful with directions and recommendations. the room was clean upon arrival and cleaning services maintained it daily. i also appreciated the patisserie located near the hotel. It was quite convenient.
I found the air conditioning inadequate. It did not seem to function properly . this made the room uncomfortably warm, especially at night. i hope the management addresses this issue to improve guest comfort

the hotel offered convenient access to the metro i found this invaluable for exploring various parts of the city. the 24-hour front desk ensured assistance was always available. the nearby patisserie added extra value to my stay

I appreciated the very helpful front desk. Staff assisted us with our misplaced luggage. They also gave us some great restaurant recommendations. I also found the location to be convenient for accessing local attractions.
I noticed the absence of a refrigerator in the room.

The breakfast featured many varieties and all seemed at a reasonable price. Staff demonstrated amazing and genuinely friendly behavior. I considered them to be very cute, too.

The staff seemed helpful. They greeted us in a friendly manner. They provided assistance immediately upon our arrival. I greatly appreciated the late checkout arrangement after the race to allow a shower.

mixed Feelings about the stay
automatic openinghairdryer malfunction
The automatic opening windows in my room were problematic. they opened and shut several times without anyone touching the controls. This happened on both nights. the hairdryer also was not working. it was QUITE disappointing considering the price i paid.
